This page explains how mapifast uses cookies and similar technologies. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the button below or the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by your browser when you visit a site. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixel tags.
2. Categories we use
Essential (always on)
session— keeps you signed in. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax.cookie_consent— remembers your cookie choices.oauth_state— short-lived CSRF protection during sign-in.
Analytics (consent required)
- Aggregated, anonymised usage data to understand which features people use most. We currently use first-party server logs only; if we add a third-party analytics provider it will be loaded only after you opt in.
Marketing (consent required)
- Off by default. We do not currently set any marketing cookies. If we ever add tracking pixels (e.g. for ads), they will be loaded only after you opt in.
3. Third-party cookies
- Razorpay sets cookies on its hosted checkout pages and inside its embedded payment modal — these are essential for fraud prevention during payment.
- YouTube sets cookies inside any embedded player. We only embed when you ask us to.
4. Your choices
- Click Manage cookie preferences any time from the footer or the button above.
- Block all non-essential cookies in your browser settings — this will not affect core functionality.
- Delete your account from Settings → Danger to remove all server-side data.
5. Updates
We will update this page whenever the cookie inventory changes and notify you in-app for material changes.
